Write your own storybook
Every place in the City gives you a piece of your story. Visit, explore, and bring each piece back to your book. At the end, your book can join the Global Library.

For parents and teachers
A free writing program for kids in grades 3–8
The City of Creativity is a free online reading and writing program from United By Creativity, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Children explore a handmade storybook city. Each place teaches one part of writing a story, with a guide and an “I can” goal aligned to grade-level writing standards.
- Kids build a character, a setting, a problem, and a plot one place at a time.
- Every place practices a strength like curiosity, perseverance, or fairness.
- Finished stories can be published as a free eBook in the Global Library.
